Angela Jones

Angela graduated from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor’s in health and wellness. Upon graduating she worked at Independent Health. She has since then become general manager working alongside her husband, Greg, and father-in-law, Brad at their fitness facility Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club.

Greg Jones

Greg graduated with his Bachelor’s in exercise science from Daemen College. He has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years working with clients ranging from professional athletes to children. Greg and his father, Brad, purchased Lockport Athletic and Fitness in November of 2013.

Brad Jones

Brad was a retired plant manager at ITT Goulds Pumps Water Systems. Since then, he has come out of retirement to work alongside his son, Greg at Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club and with healthcare physicians for the Ideal Protein protocol diet.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
